It was a perfect afternoon in the park sort of day. Ben was able to hang out with Kristian's family after lunch, and they met us at the park. We were at a fun playground and enjoyed all the smiles and giggles as the kids ran around together. The spinning tire swing is really great, and they are brave enough to spin very fast. All too quickly, the time at the park was over and we had to say goodbye. Wouldn't it be nice if we could go every day?
We could see signs of change in the park from the terrible wind storm which took out a lot of trees in our area. The park crews have worked to get things cleaned up, but it is sad to know so many great, old trees are gone.
