Sunday Visitors

Our weekend has been busy! We attended some meetings on Friday night, went to regular church and then more meetings on Sabbath afternoon. We had some friends over for games in the evening which was a lot of fun. While we were in meetings, we had family in different meetings in the neighboring building! We thought we would see each other sometime on a meeting break, but we were on different schedules.

Tom and Elaine were here for an intense weekend of meetings. They came to our house for Sunday brunch, bringing some homemade applesauce to go with our waffles. It was a very short visit, but long enough for us to all feel caught up with each other. We are so lonesome for family since they are all so far away. It is such a blessing to have a chance to see them, even for a short time. We bid them farewell as they drove off and hope to see them again soon. Maybe we can get over to see them in April? We'll see...
