Pool Party

When we all unloaded at a local pool this afternoon, it seemed like we were having a party! This pool had a big area for Christopher with small slide and fountains. It also had big slides for the big kids and grown ups too. There was a small lazy river which was a favorite of everyone.

James went on the big slide, so I decided I could do it too. The kids were inspired cheering on Dad/Uncle James, and they came along too. Afterwards, we posed for a slide monster photo. They ended up sliding many times, but I didn't have patience for the long line. I much preferred the lazy river. It was fun when we had two of the larger 2-seat tubes and I could float with a bunch of kids.

Let's just say we had a splashing good time, and we'd love to go again. Our hosts have a list of activity ideas for us to ponder each day. Looks like we will have plenty of fun-filled days ahead. Maybe we'll go to another pool, or this one again. It is hot and the water feels so refreshing.
